SAVE HARLEM!
Many of the landmarks in Harlem are facing a dilemma. Many of them are in danger of being torn down so houses and businesses can be built in their place. The mayor of New York City will be visiting Harlem to choose landmarks that will be labeled historic, therefore keeping the building from being destroyed. To help him decide, he will be downloading and listening to your podcasts about a landmark. Create a podcast that will convince the mayor to select your landmark. Your podcast should include descriptive and persuasive language that creates a wonderful image of your landmark.

- Harlem Heritage Tourism & Cultural Center
- Langston Hughes' House
- Mt. Morris Park Historic District
- Apollo Theater
- Marcus Garvey Park
- Studio Museum Harlem
